Equipment Features

This is one new designed machine which used for cutting profile of aluminum door and windows 、curtain wall and corner connector.

1. Used for cutting the profile of aluminum door and windows 、curtain wall and corner connector.

2. The feeding system adopts the imported linear guide pair, with high accuracy and stability

3. Right head feeding adopts high helical pitch ball screw-lead motion, with high accurate driving, locating and smooth working.

4. Adopts CNC technique, which imported from DELTA, Taiwan, can achieve various profiles auto cutting off.

5. Two saw heads are adjustable and cut the profiles in 67.5°(spare)、45°、90°freely

6. Imported carbide saw blade is of accurate processing and high endurance.

7. Imported linear guiding pair ensures steady processing accuracy

8. Saw blade rotates smoothly due to high accurate main spindle

9. Uniform speed feeding and smooth motion is due to air hydraulic damping cylinder.
